The successful candidate will join our team based in Springtown in Derry.You will:Assist with the day-to-day management of environmental, health and safety issues in a high-tech manufacturing facility.Work on a broad range of EHS programs including the following:Waste management & minimisation projectsEHS Management systems i.e., ISO 45001 & 14001Compliance auditsManagement of emergency response teams and first aidersAccident \/incident investigationAbout you:You are:Currently studying a degree programme in the following disciplines Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Health or Safety Management, General Science\/Engineering. Preference may be given to candidates studying in Environment or Safety disciplines.Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365, be self-motivated and possess excellent communication and team working skills.Your experience includes:Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Masterdegree in the following disciplines Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Health or Safety Management, General Science\/Engineering. Preference may be given to candidates studying in Environment or Safety disciplines.Excellent communication skillsCompleted applications should be submitted no later than midnight on Sunday, 19th January 2025.This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working.
