Summary
Tide Partnership are delighted to be working with a leading health and social care provider who are looking to grow its Operations team by recruiting an Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced ops professional to join an organisation committed to improving the level of care they provide throughout their services.
The Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the level of care in the services of your region by supporting the service managers with the management of the homes.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Continuously enhance the quality and ensure compliance with the support we provide.
2. Work collaboratively with your team in order to achieve key goals.
3. Oversee budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet objectives.
4. Foster and integrate quality across the region.
5. Be the registered manager of the services across your region.
6. Line manage and support service managers with the day-to-day running of the homes.
Job Criteria
1. Previous experience working within the support living sector.
2. Experience leading and developing teams across a region.
3. Extensive stakeholder management experience, building strong relationships externally and internally.
4. NVQ Level 3 and above.
