Are you looking for a career change, a job that 'gives back', have had personal experience supporting a friend or family member and now want to begin a career within social care? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are recruiting for a full-time support worker to join us on a fixed-term basis until December 2025 supporting four wonderful residents living in Crewkerne.
The Role
Middle Path has three of the people we support living in the main house and one male living in the annex to provide him with his own space.

Aside from getting stuck in with activities, your day would also include helping with food preparation, shopping, accessing the community and administering medication.
At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the person we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us helps us achieve this aim.
