HR Case Manager - Remote
Full Time - Permanent
Location: South West
Salary: Up to £43K DOE
We are currently recruiting for a Field Based HR Case Manager to support our client's business, based in and around the South West Region.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of HR cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters.
* Handle serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns, and capability cases, including thorough investigations and suspension where required.
* Provide face-to-face support to Managers or act as HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals.
* Ensure good employment practice through clear advice and guidance in line with company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Work autonomously while using initiative and seeking advice from senior colleagues when required.
* Prepare letters/documents for formal hearings and provide feedback to Managers as needed.
* Accurately record case management details and ensure proactive management of cases.

* Successfully addressing people's issues with appropriate support
* Timely completion of case management administration

To apply, you will need to have a proven track record of dealing with complex HR cases, demonstrate good knowledge of current employment law and legislation, and hold the relevant CIPD qualification.
