Paid Media Executive - Leeds / Hybrid

The Role:
As a Paid Media Executive, you will take full ownership of multiple client accounts, working across industries such as fashion, health and beauty. You will be responsible for campaign creation, competitor analysis, and delivering insightful reports to clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across multiple accounts.
2. Create and optimise advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
3. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
4. Build bespoke reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
5. Communicate directly with clients, managing expectations and delivering results.
6. Lead client meetings, including preparing decks and follow-ups.
7. Audit existing PPC campaigns to improve performance.
8. Provide budget recommendations and forecast performance outcomes.
9. Support new business pitches with strategic insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with at least two years of experience in a paid advertising role, ideally within Ecommerce. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Ideally two years' experience in paid advertising (Ecommerce experience preferred).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and lookup tables.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
7. Willingness to commute to Leeds at least once per week.
