To bring this to life, we are seeking HR leaders for three newly created roles to head up our HR service functions. Your leadership will be critical to achieving change and performance, translating strategy into successful service delivery that supports delivering excellence for the residents of Oxfordshire. Head of Strategic HR Operations (Permanent) Lead key HR functions including Employee Relations, Pay and Reward, HR Policy, HR Systems, Recruitment, and Trade Union Relations. Develop strategies for excellent employment relations and innovative pay and reward to attract and retain essential skills. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR operations. Head of Strategic HR, Talent and Cultural Change (Permanent) Lead Strategic Resourcing, Talent and Learning, Leadership and Culture, Change and Engagement, and Wellbeing and EDI. Develop strategies for attracting and developing future talent, creating excellent leaders, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment. Head of Strategic HR Business Partnering and Redesign (2-year FTC) Lead a team of Strategic HR Business Partners, overseeing Organisation Redesign and HR Organisational Change. Develop a collaborative Business Partnering approach, working with other enabling services. Work closely with senior leaders to drive significant organisational redesign aimed at improving services for residents. To succeed in these roles, you will be a HR professional with significant experience and a breadth of understanding on all HR specialist areas for which the role has oversight. You will have strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading HR services within a complex and diverse organisation. You will be adept at delivering outcomes amidst continuous change and transformation, inspiring the workforce to improve and innovate.
