In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing end-user service, managing service requests and incidents, and driving functional changes and business process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver functional changes and improvements to business processes while identifying areas for enhancement. Collaborate with IT teams and third-party organizations to resolve service issues and ensure alignment with SLAs. Manage incident, problem, and change processes, integrating service desk best practices and driving process improvements. Build strong relationships across IT to enhance end-user productivity and satisfaction. Promote self-service tools and knowledge-sharing initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery. Oversee the asset lifecycle of end-user devices, maintaining controls for access, licensing, and security. Support out-of-hours coverage and respond to incidents during and outside of standard hours, including participation in the on-call rota. Flexibility to adapt to non-standard hours and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. What You’ll Receive: Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, dependent on experience. A structured shift pattern between the hours of 5:00 am - 5:30 pm, alternating shifts. Participation in an on-call rota every 1 week in 8, offering a bonus plus additional earnings for calls answered.
