Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of meals according to standardized recipes.
2. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
3. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures in handling ingredients.
4. Assist in adjusting recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions or customer preferences.
5. Help monitor stock levels and ingredient freshness.
6. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies while minimizing food waste.
7. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
8. Organize and maintain kitchen workstations and storage areas.
9. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
You would be engaged, managed and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform.
