We are seeking a dynamic and organised Education and Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading awarding organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the education and qualifications process, ensuring high standards in delivery and compliance across a range of qualifications and assessments. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Education and Qualifications team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. Organise and lead regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and staff development sessions. Provide support and guidance to centres, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues. Ensure all administrative tasks related to examinations, including paperwork and deadlines, are processed accurately and on time. Conduct yearly audits of training centres, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Review and maintain quality assurance processes, including the examination process, results, and certification. Support the business’s growth and contribute to the development of new initiatives. Uphold Ofqual governance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments and provide support across the organisation as needed. Requirements: A teaching qualification and a minimum of 2 years of active teaching experience in a private training or further education setting (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTTLS preferred). Assessor and IQA qualifications. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Benefits: Competitive salary from £30,000 per year.
