My client based in central Leeds is looking for an Operations Administrator to join them and provide varied support to the Office Manager. You will be an excellent team player who has worked within Administration before. You will not be phased by a varied administration role and you will be eager to learn and grow. This role will allow the successful administrator to learn various aspects of a role including marketing and finance.
The role is fully office-based in the City Centre of Leeds. 9-5.30 Monday to Thursday, 9-5 Friday.
As a valued support to the Office Manager, this administrative role will allow you to learn a lot of skills at one time and you will not be stuck doing the same tasks every day. Your proactive and enquiring nature will enable you to thrive in this role and you will become a valuable member of a team who work together to complete tasks.
Duties will include:
1. Supporting the Office Manager and Senior Leadership team
2. Acting as a Marketing Coordinator - updating the website, preparing blogs, growing social media presence, managing campaigns
3. Assisting with recruitment Administration including scheduling interviews
4. Assisting with new starter setups - e.g., laptops and inductions
5. Organising filing and ensuring documents are uploaded correctly
6. Finance Administration tasks including uploading invoices and matching systems
