Position: Regional Sales Manager\nLocation: Bedford / Luton / Peterborough\nSalary: Up to £37,000 basic, plus uncapped bonus, plus company car, Unlimited OTE\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\nAre you ready for the next step in your Recruitment Sales career?\nMy client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage new business opportunities and build key customer relationships within their Industrial Division across Bedford, Luton, and Peterborough.\nReporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll work closely with their branch teams to drive new business and support continued growth in the Industrial sector.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nCompetitive basic salary up to £37,000 (negotiable)\nUncapped commission structure\nCompany car\nCutting edge CRM and Sales AI\nSenior Operations to support in tenders\nPension scheme\nBirthday day off\nClub benefits\nAnnual company events\nOption to purchase up to 5 extra annual leave days\nRecognition programs, including awards, competitions, and incentives\nOngoing training and professional development\nExtra holiday for length of service\nYour Key Responsibilities\nGenerate leads using all available resources to including cutting edge CRM and Sales AI software\nManaging and utilising your enhanced LinkedIn account\nAttending networking events\nUtilising your marketing budget\nGrowing an existing lead data base\nResearch and monitor competitors\nDevelop and manage your own portfolio of target accounts\nAchieve and exceed monthly targets\nParticipate in branch team meetings and individual performance reviews\nMaintain up-to-date records in the CRM system\nDevelop strategies to promote the company’s products and services\nPrepare sales forecasts, establish sales goals for the region, and to communicate these\nCollaborate with Managers to identify market news/leads.\nWhat we’re looking for\nA minimum of 12 months’ experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in winning new business\nDemonstrated success in sales and account management\nExperience working with volume users and achieving results\nProven ability to exceed targets\nFull UK driving license\nAbout my client\nA meduim sized indepedent recruiter who are one of the Midlands' leading employment agencies, specialising in the Industrial, Commercial, and Technical sectors.
