Job summary Fairbrook Medical Centre located in Borehamwood, is looking to appoint an experienced business and compliance manager to play a vital role in the smooth business operations and compliance within the centre. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to influence key operational processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice. This position is offered on a part-time basis working 28-30 hours per week working Monday to Thursday, but we are open to discussion on these days/hours. Main duties of the job Implement necessary contract adjustments for GPs and communicate updates to relevant staff. Draft and update practice policies and/or procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Ensure services meet regulatory standards and patient expectations. Lead the preparation for CQC inspections and ensure continuous compliance. Handle patient and staff complaints, ensuring resolution is timely and effective. Oversee communication and document sharing via TeamNet within the practice. Plan and execute team-building initiatives to enhance collaboration and morale. Manage and expand the practices social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), ensuring alignment with practice policies and regulations. Regularly update the practices website to keep it current and compliant with regulatory standards.
