Maintain appropriate project documentation and libraries for various governance projects Co-ordinate and review external assessments, reports and compliance requirements for the ICB, preparing response documentation at the direction of the Corporate Governance Manager. Support the identification, assessment and implementation of improvement initiatives, ensuring that the correct tools and benchmarking data are accessible and utilised. Maintenance of the key corporate records. Provide ongoing support to the Corporate Governance Manager reporting required to support ICB assurance and compliance reporting. Provide support to other meetings, including taking minutes, as required. Working closely with the CSU Information Governance Consultant, support the process for the annual submission of the Information Governance Toolkit, ensuring that the relevant policies, staff training, etc are in place to support the submission.
