The successful candidate will support with a variety of tasks including the Pension Hub inbox, queries from internal and external parties, communicate effectively with members, complete a variety of Pension related functions including opt ins, opt outs, contribution queries, provide relevant completed forms to the Pensions team and liaise with the Pensions team where required. You may also be required to check data quality and ensure this is reported correctly.
Minimum Requirements:
* An understanding & willingness to learn about the pension’s environment, keeping themselves up to date on legislation changes.
* Strong customer service orientation delivering within the organisations service standards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and pension administration systems.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of the Pension Hub team.
