The role
As a Family Solicitor, you will:
* Advise and represent clients in divorce and civil partnership dissolution cases.
* Navigate financial settlements, including property, maintenance, and pension issues.
* Resolve children matters, such as child arrangements, parental disputes, and welfare concerns.
* Provide clear, empathetic, and tailored advice to clients during emotionally charged times.
* Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring compliance with court directions and timetables.
Qualifications and Skills
* 1 + years PQE
* Strong experience in both private and public family law.
* Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
