The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a Tier 2 Main Contractor in Birmingham/Coventry. Our client operates primarily within the public sector with clients such as local authorities & the NHS. They deliver new build & refurbishment projects ranging in value from £50,000 up to £10 million, with their average contract value being approximately £7 million.
The Candidate (Contracts Manager):
As a Contracts Manager, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude, and have experience within the role as a Contracts Manager.
You will require the following:
1. Previous Main Contractor Experience (Essential)
2. Minimum 3 years in a Contracts Manager role (Essential)
3. A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
4. SMSTS
5. First Aid
6. A full UK driving license
The Package:
1. Salary: Up to £80,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period
2. Company Car / Allowance
