Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time hours available (24-48 hour contracts)
Available Shifts: Days, Nights, or Mix of both
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Wykewood Care Home. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Your expertise in mental health nursing will enable you to identify and address the complex needs of our residents, providing tailored support and interventions as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will be flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to NMC standards and regulations
* Conduct thorough assessments, identifying individual needs and developing personalized care plans

Requirements:
* RNLD/RMN qualified and registered with the NMC
* Experience working in mental health care, preferably in a care home setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends
* Strong assessment and care planning skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (£16.00 - £19.00 per hour)
