We’re looking for an experienced Customer Accounts Specialist to join our lovely Home Ownership team on a permanent basis. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and pride yourself on providing the highest level of customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Customer Accounts Specialists play a vital role in delivering the Group’s income management services and policies, with a heartfelt commitment to maximising the collection of rent and service charges while compassionately minimising the financial strain that our customers may face. In this position, you’ll oversee the entire income collection and arrears process within a designated area.
