Job summary We are looking for a skilled Therapy Assistant to join our Rehab Team based in Tenterden and Hawkhurst. These are ward based roles within the community hospitals. We are a multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Physios and Therapy Assistants. We work within patients' homes and rehabilitation groups to ensure effective discharge planning and a seamless rehabilitation pathway. Please note, you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Main duties of the job You'll be joining a skilled and dedicated team.
