Job Title: NatWest Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £11.55 per hour, 38.33 hours per week
Location: 1 Centre Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 2AE
Shift Availability: 7am-midnight, 13-week rotational shift pattern

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, with great listening skills and a proactive approach to customer queries. Our future agents will occasionally deal with difficult customers, so professionalism and empathy are essential.
What Can You Expect in This Role?
You’ll start with a 7-week award-winning training program, with the first three weeks in the classroom and the next four weeks in on-the-job training. After training, you’ll work on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and midnight with opportunities to earn extra incentives.
