Optima Plus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of our new client who recently acquired a well-regarded nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader with a passion for elderly care, who can bring both stability and growth to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
2. Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve best practices in patient care and regulatory compliance.
3. Manage budget, resources, and staffing to optimize service quality and efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, with the ability to provide evidence of successful CQC reports.
5. Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
Requirements:
1. Valid and current UK NMC PIN – essential.
2. Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a solid understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
3. Demonstrated ability to produce and interpret CQC reports, ensuring the highest level of compliance.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
