As a Learning Advisor at GSK, you will be at the forefront of supporting the day-to-day learning needs of our site. You will be the go-to person for learners, offering essential advice and support to help them thrive. Your role will be pivotal, serving as a critical link to our global training services and ensuring adherence to our global standard operating procedures and practices.
In this role, you will not only support but also shape the future of our compliance training activities. Your ability to engage positively and effectively with the global training services and across site will be key to driving our learning culture forward.
This is a site role based at Worthing.

In this role you will…
* Provide support to site learners and managers to enhance their understanding of learning requirements, management practices, or systems.
* Administer GLMS activities locally, including reporting, learning assignments, scheduling, and recording.
* Coordinate the lifecycle of GLMS learning content with global services and ensure curricula are up-to-date through collaboration with subject matter experts and curriculum owners.
* Lead local projects such as learning programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor training activities against KPIs, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement, while supporting records management and regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* A-Level qualification or equivalent, and/or previous experience in Learning & Development/sound knowledge of training cycle.
* Demonstrable understanding and experience of Learning & Development principles.
* Confident usage and significant experience with IT systems.
* Previous experience in learning administration with GLMS administration access (e.g., TC2, TC4) preferred.
* Understanding of GMP, EHS procedures, and regulatory requirements, along with a good understanding of engagement, culture, and training within a GMP environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* Experience in a compliance-driven GMP environment is preferable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven customer-focused experience and the ability to support learners/customers to an outcome.
* Strong planning, organisation, and project management skills with the ability to self-manage, prioritise workload, and handle multiple projects under pressure.
* Positive proactive attitude, attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving ability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Manufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics. It is advised that you take this into consideration when deciding to apply for this position.
