About the role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee Mulesoft integration projects. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, and security protocols. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will drive alignment between technical teams and business needs while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of Mulesoft integration projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and testers, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders.
* Provide technical guidance on Mulesoft architecture and best practices, collaborating with architects to design scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions.
* Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication.
* Mentor and guide Mulesoft developers and technical team members, managing resource allocation for efficient project execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing technical insights to drive business value.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering complex integration projects and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You will need:
* Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions.
* Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Leadership and team-building capabilities to create a productive and cohesive environment.
