We have 9 global sourcing hubs, from Hong Kong, Bangladesh to Porto In the UK we are the face of the operation to our Buying Teams - responsible for sourcing and product development. It’s a growing business with very exciting prospects. Your role This role is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales across Childrenswear within Next Sourcing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring current sales and market trends to identify new areas for growth, collaborating with Product Teams to propose innovative ideas, and selling products with conviction to Childrenswear customers You'll play a key role in driving new opportunities from concept to sourcing, developing clear strategies in advance of each season, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll manage critical paths, assist with negotiations, troubleshoot when necessary, and engage in travel for customer visits and territory exploration. About you We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in product and ideally a background in Buying or Merchandising. Strong price negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. The team combined, has years of experience spanning across Buying and Merchandising, Design and Sourcing plus experience within varied product areas such as Branded, and Next own label.
