We are looking for a Well-Being Coordinator to join a reputable housing association within the West Midlands on a temporary contract, offering an easily commutable location.
Position: Well-Being Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 37 Hours
Contract: Temporary contract for 9 months
Salary: £15PH Via Umbrella
Responsibilities:
1. Assessing people's homes
2. Organising referrals and work schedules
3. Scheduling appointments
4. Raising cases within the system
5. Undertaking well-being assessments
6. Promoting independence for well-being
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service
2. Attention to detail
3. Experience within a social housing background
4. Able to work in a team or independently
5. This role requires a basic DBS dated within the last three months
