Main Objectives
* Improve maintenance-related non-productive time ratio and efficiency within the Maintenance Base.
* Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and adhere to CMMS and standard work.
* Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time, reduce downtime, and increase technician productivity.
Essential Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have a Technical Diploma (HND/HNC level), experience working with wireline units, stimulation pumps, and coiled tubing equipment, and be available for short-term off-shore assignments. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential.
