This role requires a compassionate individual who can ensure safe and efficient transport services. An enhanced DBS is required due to the nature of the work. Day-to-day of the role: Coordinate and oversee the transportation of children and vulnerable adults to and from various locations. Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during transport. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families to ensure a smooth operation. Manage schedules and routes efficiently to meet the needs of clients. Address and resolve any issues that arise during transport promptly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Enhanced DBS check (required). Experience in a coordination role, preferably in a transport or care setting. Strong organizational and communication skills.
