Responsibility
1. Lead the Customer Service and Import License teams; coordinate and align with Operations, Customs Clearance, Logistics, Fleet, finance and Warehousing Teams in accordance with Job Follow Up and upcoming plan.
2. Manage Customer Service Team to ensure that company’s service quality meets with customers’ requirements.
3. Manage Export/ Import License Team to ensure that all EL/ IL applications are smoothly done in accordance within time line.
4. Develop the Customer Relationship Management mechanism and make sure it is properly functioning.
5. Build long-term relationship with new and existing customers.
6. Plan monthly and quarterly work volume forecasts of regular customers.
7. Join sales calls and business development meetings with prospective clients as required.
8. Develop SOPs as required to fulfill the client’s requirement (for team internally and for each customer).
9. Monitor Customer Service Team’s daily tasks to ensure all shipments are completed smoothly (from job creation till invoicing of each shipment).
10. Coordinate with Finance (along with Operations team) for cashflow forecast.
11. Check and validate the operations costs and vendor payment as required.
12. Monitor the invoice issuing of each Customer Service team member, check and analyze the Cost & Revenue report.
13. Report to Management and share information with Sales (and other departments) based on Cost & Revenue report.
14. Monitor team budget and meet the teams’ targets and KPIs.
15. By coordinating with the Human Resource Department, monitor respective team HR-related activities and continuous capacity building programs.
16. Support and assist management in company policy, strategy, business development and other respective management matters.
17. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management.
Requirement
1. Any graduate and advanced diploma or master in related industry is preferable.
2. Strong knowledge and experience at management level in export/ import logistics (Air, Sea, Cross Border).
3. Experience with ERP (Odoo or similar platforms).
4. Result-oriented person who can lead and develop the team consistently.
5. Open-minded and eager to work under the usual pressures of the logistics industry.
