* Product and domain expertise in the Microsoft suite of business systems and cloud infrastructure, including:

* - Middleware, Integration layer, and API services.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the solution architecture across the membership organization.
* Work with the Head of Information Management on aligning the technology and business roadmap.
* Manage the CRM and CMS platforms, as well as peripheral applications and the integration layer.
* Ensure that the systems operate and are developed in synergy with the organization's objectives.
* Support the Technical Design Authority (TDA) by delivering architectural solutions for internally developed initiatives and providing support on proposed technical solutions from third parties.
* Utilize existing cloud technology (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions) to their fullest extent and support new technology platform designs and implementations as needed.
* Aid in the management and reduction of technical debt across the IT estate.
* Support innovation initiatives and ideate on the application of new technology.
* Manage operational risk mitigation through effective technical proposals and solution implementations.
* Adhere to industry architectural standards and best practices.
