Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues thoroughly to prevent recurrence and drive sustainable improvements. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and performance metrics to track progress and inform strategies. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and successful execution of improvement initiatives. Change Management: Work with the Change and User Experience teams to implement changes effectively, addressing resistance and securing stakeholder buy-in. Best Practices Implementation: Utilize methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to minimize waste and improve consistency. Future Design Participation: Contribute to the design of a new rostering system for future optimization. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or similar roles. Familiarity with process mapping tools e.g., Visio, Lucidchart. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or project management are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and processes. Proven track record in handling sensitive environments and managing intricate challenges.
