We're seeking a talented and strategic Digital Content Manager to lead the development and execution of our content strategy across our website and organic social media platforms. This role is pivotal in supercharging SEO growth, enhancing user engagement across the site and supporting our broader marketing goals. If you're a creative wordsmith with experience developing content strategies to drive growth, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
1. SEO Content Creation: Produce articles for our website based on briefs from our performance marketing agency, with a core focus on driving SEO growth and improving our rankings across search engines.
2. Website Management: Build and optimise articles in our CMS (Framer), collaborating with the CMS provider to enhance webpage and article templates. You don't necessarily need experience using Framer, but you'll be working closely with the team at Framer to evolve templates to drive optimal performance.
3. Feedback Coordination: Manage the content feedback loop between our performance marketing agency and internal stakeholders to ensure the best quality outputs as well as meeting our compliance framework, e.g., consumer duty.
4. Gateway Page Development: Collaborate with our performance marketing agency to create cornerstone content pages that act as gateways to the site as well as driving conversion.
5. Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of the content strategy, including SEO content and organic social media channels. Utilise insights to inform future strategies & aid growth.
6. Copywriting Support: In addition to owning content across the website, you'll also get the opportunity to support copywriting requirements across additional projects. For example, proofing copy for base emails to existing customers.
7. Social Media Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar for organic social media accounts (e.g., Facebook and Instagram), ensuring alignment with brand voice and financial promotions policy.
8. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the UX team to brief creative assets for organic social media channels. Use performance insights to evolve and optimise these assets over time.
The role will be a great fit if you have:
1. Proven experience in content creation and management, with a focus on SEO and organic social media strategies.
2. Strong understanding of on-page SEO tactics and their impact on organic growth.
3. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (experience with Framer is advantageous but not essential).
4. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with experience tailoring content for web and social media.
5. Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and using insights to shape content strategies.
6. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., consumer duty) and their integration into content strategies.
7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate feedback effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:
£40,000 + Discretionary Company Bonus Scheme
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week - hybrid)
