Accept delegated responsibility for specific areas of corporate workstreams and provide support to the relevant speciality teams.2. Liaise with operational managers, as required to ensure that key performance targets and access targets are delivered and support development of action plans with the corporate and directorate services to be implemented.3. To work with operational teams in support of effective utilisation of resources and assist in project work as required.4. Support identification of areas for service development, ensuring that the workforce and job roles reflect clinical requirements.5.
