What you’ll be doing As the HR Reporting Analyst, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, gathering requirements to deliver valuable analytical insights. You’ll present and communicate these insights to support problem-solving and drive informed decision-making. In this role, you’ll develop, review, and test analysis and models, offering recommendations to guide and challenge business operations, performance, and improvements. Additionally, you’ll scope, create, and deliver reports and dashboards using various systems such as SAP Success Factors, Tableau, and Excel. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement and help enhance the efficiency of services provided by Employee Services, continually advancing self-service capabilities for customers. This includes supporting the development of the SuccessFactors system and creating custom reports as needed. Collaborating closely with colleagues in Employee Services and across the organisation, you will contribute to the development of robotic processes to streamline operations and analyse reports and related data to ensure accuracy and integrity, proactively addressing any data quality issues. Who you are As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will bring advanced numerical, analytical, and data manipulation skills, along with expertise in Tableau, advanced Excel, and ideally an understanding of PowerBI. You’ll have experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday and possess the ability to identify root causes of issues, developing solutions that effectively meet customer needs. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and proven experience in presenting and delivering data insights to diverse audiences and key stakeholders.
