Qualified Teacher - Alternative Provision - the role
1. Based in Manchester
2. Work closely with parents, teachers, and senior leaders
3. Patience, empathy, and resilience are key to this role
4. Build excellent relationships with students
5. Be a vital role model
6. The school's AP offers various experiences and an exciting curriculum for students to access
7. Track and monitor data such as attendance, progress, and more
8. Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
9. Long term position - possibly temp to perm after 12 weeks if interested
10. Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only - early finish on a Friday!
11. DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
Qualified Teacher - Requirements
1. QTS ideally required
2. Confident and empathetic
3. Experience of supporting students with SEMH/barriers to learning
4. Firm but fair approach with pupils
5. Ability to build strong relationships with students
