We have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Educational Psychologists to join our creative and friendly service at an exciting time in Sheffield. We are expanding rapidly, increasing the number of EPs in the Service as we continue to expand our partially traded model. We have also recruited a substantial team of Assistant Educational Psychologists to work in partnership with EPs through collaborative working.
We are keen to further develop our consultation model of service delivery and our approach to co-producing assessments through joint working with families, schools, and other key professionals.
We are a values-driven EP Service with all members of the team participating in a collaborative and innovative leadership model to drive us forward. Keeping children at the heart of everything we do, we are solution-focused, person-centred, inclusive, reflective, and committed to ethical practice.
We are committed to increasing diversity in the profession and to developing anti-racist practices.
Sheffield City itself is not only a vibrant re-modelled city centre with great access to fantastic countryside, but it is also an exciting place to work. The Educational Psychology Service is highly valued and supported by the Local Authority, schools, and families within the city.

* can demonstrate enthusiasm and good humour
