Account Manager (Business Manager, Growth and Portfolio Accounts)
As the Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of building strong customer relationships and finding new ways to expand our product offerings. You'll manage key North American accounts, drive growth, and play a vital role in aligning with NDI’s strategic goals. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the market, the ability to nurture complex customer relationships to create win-win solutions, and a solid background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identifying their needs and challenges.
* Manage complex accounts across multiple business units and regions, driving both existing and new opportunities.
* Effectively communicate NDI’s value propositions to assigned accounts.
* Lead the sales process to successful outcomes, implementing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
* Regularly assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Build trusted relationships to share key information, such as OEM product roadmaps, and stay informed about market trends.
* Develop and execute comprehensive OEM account plans aligned with NDI’s business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of sales experience (medical device sales preferred).
* Familiarity with medical device regulations and requirements.
* Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, with strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and securing commitment.
* Customer-focused with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the business.
* Strong sales skills, including self-motivation, excellent communication (written and interpersonal), and the ability to plan, organize, and deliver results.
