Role: Business Analyst – HR / HCM
Type: 3 – 6 month contract
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London office
Day rate:- £500pd to £550pd (outside IR35)
An experienced Business Analyst is required for our high-profile client who are about to embark on an evaluation and selection initiative of new Finance and HR technology (ERP and HCM) which forms part of a wider transformation programme.
The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the selection and implementation of the Finance and HR system from a business analysis perspective. You will be responsible for defining & recommending the key business requirements, mapping core processes across Finance and HR workstreams as well as producing first class documentation. This will help aid the RFP process for vendor and partner selection.
The Business Analyst is likely to play a key role in supporting the wider programme team with data migration, UAT, cutover, business readiness and go-live of the new Finance and HR SaaS solution once selected as it becomes a full project life cycle implementation.
Applicants must have:
* Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst on HR / HCM workstreams within a complex business environment
* Experience of working on ERP, Finance Systems, HCM implementation projects, ideally SaaS or cloud-based systems such as Workday, NetSuite, D365, Oracle Cloud, SAP S4 Hana, Unit4, Infor
* Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Effective at working in a team and building relationships at all levels of the business
* Strong interpersonal skills and managing technology change programmes across Finance & HR
