Eco GG Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for our home heating and insulation solutions.
Main duties include:
- Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule tasks and coordinate appointments for field staff, ensuring timely project completion.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with field workers, relaying job details and addressing any queries or issues that arise.
- Follow up daily with field staff to monitor progress and ensure jobs are completed to company standards.
- Collect and verify installation proof and photos from field workers for each new job, ensuring documentation meets compliance requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Update and maintain customer records, job schedules, and documentation in the company’s database.
