We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Support to join a small team based in Laindon, Essex. We are looking for somebody who can work quickly and accurately, with good communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day support within the sales team reporting to Directors.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders from customers
* Keeping sales order files up to date and updating customers on the status of their order
* Liaising with suppliers regarding statuses of purchase orders, lead times and stock levels
* Chasing suppliers and couriers for ETA’s for goods on order
* Processing purchase orders for suppliers
* Supporting the Directors with all other general administrative tasks
Working hours: 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Thursday, with a daily one-hour lunch break. Friday is 9am start with a 30-minute lunch break and finish at 5pm.
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year, commensurate with age and experience.
This position requires full-time attendance at the office; it is not suitable for remote working. Job is available to start immediately.
Minimum Requirements:
* 2 years minimum experience in a similar role (Sales support and Customer service)
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
