Skills & Experience:
* Experience of supporting MS Dynamics CRM
* Strong communication skills required
* Proven experience working within a technical support role
* Good understanding of IT implementation and support processes
* Knowledge of ticketing systems and escalating procedures
* Experience and familiarity with ITIL or any other service management frameworks (desirable)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Azure
Fully remote working, however there is a requirement to do client visits as and when required although majority of work is done remotely.
