We have a new opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Parts & Workshop Service Administrator to join our team in Lisburn. This is a shared role supporting Aerial Platform Hire and Briggs Equipment NI. Our Parts and Service Administrator will be pivotal in managing parts operations and workshop administration, ensuring seamless coordination between engineers, customers, and suppliers. The role combines parts ordering and inventory control with workshop scheduling, job tracking, and compliance support—critical for maintaining high standards in service delivery, safety, and regulatory adherence. I n this role you will be: Providing daily administrative support to a busy, high-performing workshop. The first point of contact for all internal and external parts enquiries. Scheduling and allocating jobs for engineers. Liaising with customers, providing service updates, quotes, and support. Maintaining accurate service records using MS Office and internal software systems. Sourcing and ordering parts via phone, email, and online platforms. Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery. Managing stock replenishment in parts stores and service vans. What will help you to excel in this role: Previous experience in a service administration, parts advisory, or workshop coordination role. Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using databases and online ordering systems. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment parts and service terminology.
