We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the energy sector.
* Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
* Energy Solutions Advisory:
Leverage your knowledge of energy procurement to provide clients with tailored solutions that best meet their needs.
* Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the energy industry.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Key Requirements:
* Experience:
1-2 years of sales experience in the energy sector, ideally with a TPI or energy consultancy.
* Knowledge:
A solid understanding of energy markets, tariffs, and procurement processes.
* Sales Skills:
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets in a competitive market.
* Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
* Drive & Motivation:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
