Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury.
As Manager - Accounts, Compliance & Advisory, your responsibilities will include among others
* Manage own portfolio of clients
* Manage staff working on own portfolio
* Line manager and training responsibilities for junior staff
* Teamwork with other departments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
* ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with a strong academic history
* Prior experience of computerised accounting packages
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external client deadlines
* Understanding of new standards
* Ability to motivate and train junior staff
