Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
* Follow lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student development
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and motivate students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or working with students is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
* Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Patience and empathy towards students
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related areas
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school setting with standard classroom equipment
* Potential exposure to challenging behaviour from students
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
