About the role
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll lead the development of next-generation medical technologies—wearables, diagnostic platforms, drug delivery systems, and connected health devices—through the full product lifecycle.
You’ll play a central role in shaping both technical solutions and project strategy, working with clients, regulators, and internal teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and grow junior engineers, contribute to business development, and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:
Medical Device Development Expertise
* Strong electronics design background, including:
o Analogue and mixed-signal circuit design (e.g., sensing, signal conditioning, low-power systems)
o Digital design (e.g., FPGA, microcontrollers, SoC platforms)
o Embedded control systems and firmware
o Model-based or data-driven development (e.g., MATLAB, Python)
* Experience architecting complex medical or diagnostic devices, working across hardware, software, and mechanical disciplines
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA QSR)
* Understanding of design verification, validation, and risk management processes
* Practical knowledge of design-for-manufacture and design transfer into production
Consulting & Leadership Skills
* Clear communicator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Confident leading cross-functional teams, guiding project direction, and mentoring junior team members
