Overseeing the preparation and management of the annual budget. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Providing expert financial advice to the executive team and board members. Managing the financial risks of the organisation. Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team. Coordinating with external auditors and managing the audit process. Representing the organisation at financial conferences and forums. Profile A successful Treasurer should have: A strong educational background in Finance, ACCA, ACA or Equivalent. Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. An analytical mind with a strategic ability. Job Offer An attractive salary package around £80,000 Pro Rata Part-time work arrangement of working 2.3 days a week.
