Job Description
As a Headhunter focused on new client acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients in the UK market who require resource outsourcing and headhunting services. Your primary focus will be building a robust leads pipeline, cultivating strong relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
Requirements
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Proactively research, target, and reach out to prospective client companies across various industries in the UK.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the resource outsourcing and headhunting needs of your target clients.
3. Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that highlight the value of our services.
4. Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements to secure new client engagements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
6. Maintain an extensive network of relevant industry contacts and leverage this network to uncover new leads.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide regular updates and forecasts on your sales pipeline and new client wins.
Educational qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the resource outsourcing or recruitment industry.
2. Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients, preferably in the UK market.
3. Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
4. In-depth understanding of the resource outsourcing and headhunting landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points.
5. Extensive professional network within your target industries and sectors, with the ability to leverage these connections.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
7. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
