As a Project Manager, Professional Services, you will work with Trintech consultants, partners and clients to lead the successful delivery of projects. You will also assist in creating and implementing project delivery best practices for the Professional Services PMO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage and successfully deliver projects: You will successfully manage the delivery of Trintech’s suite of software applications utilizing our Project Management Lifecycle Framework with our ADDED delivery methodology
* Master stakeholder management: Serve as the voice and face of Trintech, with emphasis on communication throughout the project to maintain a high level of confidence from the customer
* Team building and management: Establish and maintain clear roles, responsibilities and boundaries with Trintech consultants through the project lifecycle to ensure all project decisions and changes to scope are approved by the project manager
* Own the customer relationship: Serve as the primary lead on the project by setting accurate expectations, protecting the team from work overload and scope creep and maintaining frequent customer communication
* Be comfortable solving problems:Establish credibility with clients by solving problems and making key decisions with autonomy, avoiding scenarios that encourage clients to circumvent your role and make requests to other members inside Trintech
* Define and drive adoption of PMO best practices: Utilize prior experience in a Professional Services PMO to collaborate and create project delivery best practices, gain buy-in across leadership and implement within the Professional Services team
WHO YOU ARE
* Experience in project management or professional services in a client facing role
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
* Professionalism, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Trintech, and communicate effectively with client managers, directors, and VPs
* Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
* Willingness to travel 25-50%
