We are urgently seeking Support Workers to work with clients in the Thanet area of Kent.
You must have experience working with children who have learning difficulties, mental health needs, and some challenging behaviours.
We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients. Our clients are often very vulnerable people who need help to remain in their own home. We want to ensure that they can do this with dignity and a sense of independence. We need Support Workers who are committed to the people they are supporting and will encourage our clients to be as independent as possible with dignity and respect.
Drivers are required for this role as you will be required to take the clients out for community activities.
Support Worker shift times
Shift times are usually during the day, but there are some waking nights available. You may be going to see more than one client per day, but most shift times vary from 2 hours to 6 hours per day.

Our visit times range from 30 minutes to full live-in support. We also have our own complex care department, DCE Complex Care, which provides care for people who have more complex care requirements with support workers who are fully trained and competent with tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, epilepsy management, acquired brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.
