Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Neurovascular is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the Midlands region.

Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for expanding the market share of our neurovascular business through driving adoption of our existing and new innovations and providing excellent customer experience for our external stakeholders. You will take the lead in managing the Interventional Neuro Radiologists and their teams. Manage your territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on high value opportunities to grow and develop new businesses.
What to expect:
1. Ensure key insights from the external marketplace are appropriately shared internally to shape future business plans.
2. Ensure competence in Neurovascular area and the Hemorrhagic and Ischemic product portfolios.
3. Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans utilizing key systems and data, to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and insights into account needs.
4. Develop, deploy and maintain tactical business plans that align to business and customer objectives to deliver agreed objectives.
5. Prepare appropriate plans to meet with customers to deliver on account plans and milestones.
6. Lead customer training activities.
7. Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships as well as championing the effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
8. Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
9. Maintain up-to-date market and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
* Degree level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas.
* Experience within Neurosurgery, Neurovascular, Interventional Neuroradiology specialty is desirable.
* Understanding of the external secondary care environment.
* Proven successful track record in selling, within the MedTech sector.
* A team player and independent thinker with the ability to coach, guide and develop others to reach their potential, achieving business results.
